Hardware Insertion
Our insertion machines incorporate up to four separate tool sets during one set up. This allows the inserting of up to four dissimilar pieces of threaded hardware with the same machine during a single handling of a part. Having the ability to insert multiple types of hardware during a single handling allows us to increase throughput and lower overall costs to our customers.
Punching
As with our laser, our punches are automated. We have the capability to punch materials up to 3/8” mild steel and handle sheet sizes up to 48” x 96”. Our automation allows us to run “lights out” minimizing labor, reducing lead times and increasing throughput for our customers.

- Galvanized steel up to 11 gauge
- Stainless steel up to 11 gauge
- Aluminum up to .25″
Size Specification
Our CNC AMADA punch machine has a bed size of 4′ X 10′ and a maximum “throat” of 48″. By repositioning, we can punch lengths up-to 12 ft.
Design / CAD Engineering
We provide engineering services to our clients on an as needed basis. We can assist with value engineering and cost reduction projects as well as full scale product designs. Our software includes Solidworks, Auto Cad 2007, AutoDesk Inventor and Tru-Tops. Using the latest and most sophisticated software allows us to process a variety of 2D and 3D file types. (DXF, DWG, IGES, PDF etc.)
