Our state-of-the-art lasers give us the ability to cut materials up to 1” mild steel, 3/8” stainless steel and 7/8” aluminum and handle sheet sizes ranging up to 60” x 120”. Laser processing gives us the ability to cut burr free edges and results in very narrow kerfs at extraordinary rates of speed. Having this capability in-house allows us to provide our customers with exceptional accuracy and high material utilization on both short run & long run fabrication jobs in addition to complex geometry cutting without the expense of special tooling. With the 400watt fiber optic laser and automation there is ample capacity for laser cutting.
Accurate forming is a key ingredient to a quality part. We utilize precision ground, segmented “European style” tooling minimizing set up time and insuring the most accurately formed parts possible. Our panel bender addresses the inherent difficulty in forming large cosmetic pans and panels without twisting or marking. Our offering of numerous pieces forming equipment allows us to address a wide variety of customer needs with repeatability and accuracy. up to 10ft, 150 tons.
Our welding equipment and trained staff allow us to provide MIG, TIG and Arc Welding services. We have the equipment and staff to weld aluminum, stainless steel and carbon steel. Our welders are highly qualified and practice continuous training improvement methods for making parts right the first time for our customers. We have the capability of welding large complete cabinets down to small medical devices.
